1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the SendQuote platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including free and paid plan subscribers.

2. Description of Service

SendQuote is a platform that enables Indian businesses to create, send, and track professional quotes and invoices. Key features include:

Quote and invoice generation with GST-ready formatting
Sharing via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or direct link
Open tracking (you are notified when a client opens your quote)
Client acceptance and online payment collection via UPI
Automatic conversion of accepted quotes to invoices
Cloud storage and access from any device

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account.
One person or business entity may maintain only one active SendQuote account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SendQuote to:

Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or any form of unauthorized mass communication.
Create quotes for illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive practices.
Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying code of SendQuote.
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform without our written permission.
Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You own all quotes, invoices, client data, and other content you create on SendQuote. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely for providing the service.
Our platform: The SendQuote name, logo, design, code, and all platform features are the intellectual property of Zenith Reachers Group. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
Branded templates: Pre-built templates provided by SendQuote may be used in your quotes. Custom templates you create are your property.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
All payments are processed by Razorpay, our authorized payment partner. Their terms and privacy policy apply to payment transactions.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if you are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, email us at meherkarshyam@gmail.com.
We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies beyond the price shown at checkout.

7. Free Plan Limitations

Free plan users may create up to 5 quotes per calendar month.
Free plan quotes include a "Powered by SendQuote" reference, which paid plans can remove.
We reserve the right to change free plan limits at any time with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

SendQuote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from use of the platform.
Any errors, delays, or interruptions in the service.
Any actions taken by clients or third parties who receive your quotes.
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of SendQuote is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing us.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Any outstanding payments remain due even after account termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
